Return & Refund Policy

Return policy

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or have received a defective goods, simply email our customer support team at vfjfurniture@163.com

Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos. We will do our best to help and respond in 72 hours.
Returning products please keep them in their original condition and packaging.Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1. Conditions for the establishment of the return
1.1 Product quality issues: Apply for return within 5 days from the date of receipt..
1.2 Non-quality issues: returns and exchanges are not supported (mainly considering freight and customs declaration costs).

2. Return and exchange freight
2.1 For returns and exchanges due to product quality issues, the shipping costs for return and exchange shall be borne by the merchant;
2.2 If you apply for replacement due to the customer's purchase error, you must ensure that the product packaging is intact before you can exchange the product, and the customer will bear the round-trip freight; if the product packaging is removed, the product cannot be replaced.

3. Return and exchange process
3.1 If the goods you received do not match the description or the goods have quality defects after arrival, please contact us by email within 2 days. Please provide the order number and describe the problem, and attach a photo or a quality inspection report issued by an international authoritative quality inspection agency to the email.
3.2 The customer service will confirm the problem after receiving the email. If the confirmation is a product quality problem, the customer service will agree to the refund or exchange and reply the email to you, telling you the receiving address information.
3.3 After the customer sends the returned goods, please email us the logistics number. If we receive the returned goods after inspection, the refund can be processed within 2 bank working days; the returned goods will be inspected and described in the mail If it is inconsistent and does not meet the refund conditions, we will send the goods back to you by freight collect within 2 days.
3.4 We receive the replacement product and check it correctly, and send the replacement product within 2 days and send an email to notify you of the logistics number. If the replacement product is inconsistent with the description in the mail and does not meet the replacement conditions after inspection, we will send the product back to you by freight collect within 2 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
